Today in Madonna History: July 17, 2012

On July 17 2012, Madonna’s MDNA World Tour played at London’s Hyde Park, with supporting acts LMFAO and Martin Solveig. The sold-out show (54,140 fans) generated $6.7 million in ticket sales.

  1. MDNA-both album and tour had its good parts-Masterpiece and Turn Up the Radio-but the high points were few and far between-because it was too concerned with Guy Ritchie, the divorce and the aftermath-it was Madonna picking up the pieces of her shattered life!
