On June 30 1992, Madonna contributed a remixed version of Supernatural (originally released as the b-side to Cherish in 1989) on the AIDS benefit CD, Red Hot & Dance.

On May 30 2009, Madonna attended the second annual Vueve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic polo match on Governor’s Island in New York.
She was joined by designer Marc Jacobs, photographer Steven Klein and her children Rocco and David.
The event raised money for Prince Harry’s organization supporting orphans with AIDS in the African nation of Lesotho.

On July 13 1987, Madonna performed an AIDS benefit concert in memory of her friend Martin Burgoyne at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The concert raised $400,00 for the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AMFAR).
The show was part of Madonna’s Who’s That Girl World Tour and she performed in front 14,000 fans.
