On January 14 1993, Madonna was featured in a 2-part interview with Bryant Gumbel on NBC-TV’s Today to promote the film Body of Evidence.
Madonna seemed quite fond of Gumbel. If they were to get any closer she’d be sitting on his knee. And note the conspicuously missing gap between her teeth. Hmmm. On second thought, it may have had something to do with the filming of her next movie, Dangerous Game…what do you think?

Just like American Life, I have mixed feelings about Erotica!
Dangerous Game was one of ber best films. I’m sure she was wearing a prosthetic to fill that gap. Bad Girl was also performed on SNL along with Fever around this week in January 1993. She also filmed the video for Bad Girl in January 1993. 1993 was a busy busy year for the Queen. Erotica and American Life are among her two best albums imo. I think she’s at her best creating these different styles of music. Another example would be Madame X where she used Fado music influences. That’s a good album as well. I think her next venture will be rap as she’s been working with Kanye and Swae Lee.
