On December 16 2010, Madonna released a special statement to her fans:
“It’s official! I need to move. I need to sweat. I need to make new music! Music I can dance to. I’m on the lookout for the maddest, sickest, most bad ass people to collaborate with. I’m just saying……”
Madonna’s search would result in the creation of her twelfth studio album, MDNA.

The only saving grace on MDNA are the ballads-Love Spent, Masterpiece, Falling Free, I Freaked Up and Best Friend-but on the whole, I didn’t like the wall-to-wall EDM sound on the album!
I love EDM and MDNA, with the exception of Give me all your luvin’. Weakest song she’s ever done imo. Now, Superstar, I’m Addicted and I’m a Sinner should’ve been singles. There would’ve been some good mixes. I’m Addicted is basically the albums title song. MDNA MDMA MDNA and my favourite. I believe this album like American Life, Erotica and Hard Candy are so underrated. Russia in particular loved the kick off single from December 2011 called Masterpiece. GMAYL was a global number 1, Girl Gone Wild, Turn up the Radio and the final single Superstar were modest hits. Some songs were about her divorce from guy, others were about Jesus Luz and her new lover at the time.
