On November 12 2002, the Die Another Day soundtrack for the 20th James Bond film of the same name, was released by Warner Bros. Records. The title song for Die Another Day was sung by Madonna, who also had a small cameo in the movie as Verity, a fencing instructor.  The Die Another Day song was written and produced by Madonna and Mirwais Ahmadzaï.

What is your favourite James Bond theme song?

  1. Die Another Day-the only hit/best song from her worst album-American Life. Taken in hindsight, one of the last major hits of a still-brilliant and burning-hot recording career and life. American Life-its parent album
almost brought her career and music-to her knees and ruined it. The sound of a woman who is truthful but also desperate and running on fumes-as if her Ducati bike won’t start!!!! Madonna’s life has not been the same since. The beginning of the end-at best as a chart, video and radio fixture! Never count Madonna out!!!!-but there was more truth and less dare than she knew!
